One Grain Meal recipe:

Method:

  1. Soak 1 cup of Ragi for 8 hours.
  2. Later let it sprout for another 10 hours.
  3. Just before making the pancakes, grind Ragi with cacoa powder and some dates.
  4. You can add any spices of your choice, according to your mood of that day.
  5. Add very little water to maintain a thick consistency.
  6. Pour the batter over tawa in small pancake size. Then let it cook for few minutes on both the side.
  7. And your pancakes are ready.

At the same time make preparation for this chutney:

Today I made chutney using

  1. Carrots,
  2. Tomatoes,
  3. Tamarind,
  4. Soaked dates,
  5. Black pepper powder,
  6. Chia seeds,
  7. Spinach leaf and
  8. Coconut Slices.
  9. Just blend all the above ingredients with the required amount of water
