Jowar Roti

Ingredients:

  1. 2 Cups of Jowar flour
  2. 1 cup of water


METHOD
Make a dough out two out of cups of jowar flour and by mixing required quantity of water in a bowl. Take roti maker and with a roller by putting dry jowar flour and make a round shape. Keep tawa on the gas stove and let it become hot and then place the round shaped rolled roti on the tawa. Let it cook for 3 or 4 minutes and then turn it upside down and again cook for three or four minutes and till the roti becomes slightly brown colour. Similarly cook other rotis.

Mixed Vegetables Sabji

INGREDIENTS

  1. 1 cup of cauliflower cut into small pieces
  2. 1 cup of green mutter
  3. 1 cup of yellow-colored capsicum
  4. 1 piece of green chilli
  5. 1 small piece of ginger
  6. One-fourth small spoon of cumin seeds
  7. One table spoon of Sauerkraut
  8. One-fourth small spoon of turmeric power

METHOD
Keep cooking pan on the stove and let it become hot, then add cumin seeds and stir till it becomes brown in color. Add turmeric powder, chopped green chilli and ginger and stir in low flame, sprinkle water and stir for some time. Afterwards, add all the vegetables, add some water to cook and add sauerkraut and close the lid. Cook for five to six minutes switch of the flame and keep the lid closed for 10 minutes.

CHUTNEY

  1. one piece of green chili
  2. small piece of ginger
  3. A few leaves of spinach.
  4. A few leaves of coriander
  5. One tablespoon of sauerkraut
  6. Two pieces of dates
  7. Two to three pieces of tamarind

METHOD

Add all the above ingredients to a blender. Grind till paste.

Serve Jowar roti with mix veg and chutney in a Plate. Garnish with Love :)
