Green Moong with Bhindi Sabji + Green Chutney Recipe
Bhendi and Moongdal Recipe.
- Half spoon cumin seeds
- Few curry leaves
- Tamarind as per taste.
- 1 piece green chillies
- 1 piece big tomato.
- 250 gm Bhindi.(ie Ladies Finger)
- 1 cup moong dal soaked in water overnight.
- Black pepper as per taste
Place pan over gas stove which has a lid to close properly. When pan is Hot add cumin seeds, add turmeric, sprinkle water as shown inside the 'Satvic Diet Blueprint" Course. Add curry leaves and chopped green chillies again stir. Then add one Cup of moongdal and close the lid for 5 minutes in low flame.
In meantime cut bhendi in small equal piece and add and stirred and keep on adding water as per requirement and see after closing the lid for two minutes whether bhendi is cooked and close the stove and let remain the pan on gas for 5 minutes.
It is always better to cook vegetables for least time possible to retain its nutrients.
- Half fresh Coconut
- 1 Cup leaves of spinach
- 1 Cup leaves of green fresh coriander.
- Small pieces of tamarind.
- One piece of green chillies.
- 2 pieces of dates
- Sauerkraut one small spoon.
- black pepper as per taste.
Make small pieces of coconut and along with it add all the ingredients as mentioned above into the mixer grinder .Add some water and grind till you get a paste.
Serve bhindi bhaji with chutney and thin slices of coconut . And Garnish with Love and smile on your.
